land between heaven and earth.
An island – Maui.
Palms reach for the sky
filled with rainbows and sweet winds
that cleanse and revive.
The shores beckon me.
Daily thoughts of paradise
fill my mind and soul.
I long to be there
and plan to not soon enough.
For now, memories.
